|1. Do not start any BIA® or RBTI recommendations prior to the first test. It is important to have your first test be a true picture of who and what you are (benchmark). Live life normally at least 3 days prior to your first test. Once you start a wellness regimen, you forever lose your benchmark.
2. If possible, do the first test at the time of day when symptoms are the worst. If there is no such time, approximately 10 a.m. is a good choice. Have nothing in your mouth for at least 30 minutes prior to testing.
3. Always retest at the same time of day if you wish to compare the retest to the previous test. You have different chemistry at different times of the day, although the general pattern will usually be the same. Keep this in mind when selecting the time for your first test.
