Directions for use:
Take one (1) capsule, preferably before exercise, on an empty stomach with at least 8-10 oz of water.
Consuming late in the day may impair sleep.
Do not exceed 4 capsules daily. For the best individual results, serving times may vary.
For Optimal Results:
Eat a Mediterranean Diet and exercise at least three times per week.
A brisk walk daily of at least 30 minutes is sufficient.
For enhanced benefits, take with hot water, 1-2 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in the a.m. and again at noon.
