This Brix refractometer is similar to the one used in the BIA® Professional Lab Kit only less expensive for client-use only. This is the instrument required to calculate the Sugars (Brix) reading in the BIA®.
This instrument is only 25% of the cost of the refractometer we use in the BIA® Professional Lab Kit but it is good enough for the Client Lab Kit.
- Measuring Range: 0~10% Brix with 0.1% division and ±0.1%Brix accuracy
- Measure the sugar content of almost any liquid.
- To measure the sugar content and rate your fruits and vegetable you need a 0~32%Brix, not this refractometer.
